Welcome to Gwynedd's Healthy and Sustainable Schools and Preschools website
Gwynedd's Healthy Schools and Pre-Schools Scheme is funded by the Welsh Government through Public Health Wales. It is operated in partnership with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and Gwynedd Council.
The scheme is managed and coordinated by Sarah Trotman. There are also three practitioners supporting the scheme, Ann Hughes, Catrin Hughes and Nia Gossett. Sarah and Catrin are based at Bryn Y Neuadd Hospital, Llanfairfechan, Ann at Canolfan y Moelwyn, Blaenau Ffestiniog and Nia at Bethel School.
